Features and Applications

Actmix BCS-41/IIR is a vulcanizing agent used for butyl elastomer compounds. Since this resin already contains chemically bonded halogens, the vulcanization reaction can proceed without additional halogen (for rubber). Compared with the system where individual components are added to the mixer separately, Actmix BCS-41/IIR has pre-dispersed the resin and zinc oxide more evenly into butyl rubber, which greatly reduces or even eliminates the possibility of the resin hardening on the inner wall of the machine during the mixing process. Thanks to the excellent homogeneity of the pre-dispersed product, it can disperse quickly and evenly in rubber, ensuring the activity of the vulcanization system.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: The recommended addition amount is 15.0-25.0 phr
Application: Used for tire curing bladders, butyl rubber parts, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, and the recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
